Thanks for our hard work and years experiences on selling handbag. We have developed a whole system to guarantee the best quality of our handbags to our customers.

Firstly, the handbags are collected carefully. We never input used handbags. And to insure this, we built up a system called “verification team”, their jobs are to verify whether the handbags are used or not.

Secondly, to store the handbags well, we also need an equipped warehouse. In this warehouse, the temperature and humidity must keep stable all the time to make sure the leather won’t be moldy and the metal parts won’t be rusted.

Thirdly, a routine quality check will be recorded on the computer system. This data will then be analyzed in order to monitor the quality condition of our handbags.
Finally, our quality team will also issue research questionnaire to customers in order to get the feedback from customers.
