How to order

Order steps:

1. Select your item
2. Put them into your shopping cart
3. Sign In/Register
4. Confirm your order information
5. Pay
6. Check your order status

1. Select your item

Firstly you can select directly from our category list:

1. In the Shop by brand row, it shows all brands taht we are currently selling
2. In the Shop by collection row, it shows all our special offers:

• New arrivals: It lists the most recent items we listed.
• Best Sellers: It lists the most popular items on our website
• Special offers: It lists our seasonal discount items
• Time limit sale: We may occasionally make special discounts on some items, it will appear on this category
• Clearance: It lists items with flaws.

Secondly, you can search our items by using our powerful search engine. You can search by brand, by price, by keywords or item code.

2. Put them into your shopping cart

After selecting the items, you can set the quantity and click on ‘Buy Now’ button to add the items on your shopping cart.
If you want to buy more items, you can click on “Go back shopping” button on the checkout page to return to the home page, and select other items.

3. Sign In/Register

After click on “Checkout” button, the page will turn to Sign In/Register page. (It may turn to order summery page if you already sign in)
If you already registered, you can sign in by entering your email and password.
If you haven’t registered yet, you can enter your information at the form and complete the registration.

4. Confirm your order information

After Signed in, the page will turn to order summery page. In this page, it shows the delivery address (default address is your registered address), your shopping cart and the payment options.

You can modify the delivery address or change your shopping cart at this page.

5. Pay

After selecting the payment options, the page will direct to payment page. After completing the payment, your order will be created. Please read our “Secure payment” page, if you have any questions on payment.

6. Check your order status

After completing the order process, you can check your order status by logging in your account. In your account, click on “order history” button in the right hand side and all your order information will be listed here. There are five order status:

• Pending: Pending means the order hasn’t paid, and the order will not be fulfilled until the payment is received.
• Order received: In this status, your payment has been received, but we need to check your payment before processing it.
• Payment received: In this status, your payment has been confirmed, and our staff will fulfill the order as soon as possible.
• Dispatched: In this status, the order is sent.
• Return: If the order has been returned, the order status will appear as Return.
